The position will entail collaborating with colleagues in the CYP Crisis Team to assist in the evaluation and administration of crisis presentations within a structured and well-defined risk assessment and risk reduction framework.
You will provide intensive support to young people and families for a maximum of 72 hours on the Rapid Response pathway and up to six weeks on the Home Intensive Treatment pathway as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
