  • Supervise the maintenance and advancement of the ICT systems and software that are employed in the administration of the Out of Hours service across the Health Board and the WAST/111 service.

  • Develops recommendations regarding information management and technology (IM&T) systems. Reports on, implements, and provides guidance on the use of information technology (IT) systems, such as Adastra/Power BI or any other IT system tailored to the service requirements.
  • Establishes standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational personnel to facilitate the provision of educational information that will facilitate the delivery of services.

The Hywel Dda University Health Board is responsible for the planning and provision of NHS healthcare services to the residents of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and the surrounding counties.
