The Eating Disorders Service is looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to work within the team, primarily in West Essex, which includes the principal towns of Harlow, Loughton, Stansted, and the surrounding area. The service is expanding its physical health remit. To monitor the health of patients under the service, the postholder will conduct physical health checks, which will include ECGs, phlebotomies, blood glucose monitoring, weight, and height measurements.

Colchester and Basildon are the two primary administrative bases of the Eating Disorders Service, which is operational throughout the county. The locations in which patients are seen are contingent upon their level of need. The service collaborates closely with acute hospitals, GPs, mental health teams, and third- and voluntary sector organizations.

Qualifications
