The Manchester Speech and Language Therapy Service is dedicated to delivering a superior service to families and children throughout Manchester. This is a public health position that is a component of the Manchester City Council’s additional involvement in the Kickstart project and supports the “Building Back Better” initiative.

We are currently seeking five language development specialists who are flexible, enthusiastic, and experienced. These individuals will be responsible for enhancing the existing Communication and Language Early Years team in Manchester.

The established team has been dedicated to the establishment of a citywide, multi-agency communication and language pathway that will facilitate the early identification and support of children with moderate language difficulties.
