Job Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain telecommunication systems, including fiber optics, broadband, and wireless networks.
  • Perform cable splicing (single-core fiber and optional ribbon splicing).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues using Ethernet analyzers, OTDR, and PON.
  • Set up and maintain telecom hardware such as servers, routers, switches, and CCTV systems.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Terminate power supply for DC transmission hardware and complete necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with network cabling.
  • Expertise in using manual tools and testing equipment.
  • Knowledge of fiber optics installation and maintenance.
  • Ability to analyze line graphs and troubleshoot telecom infrastructure issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
