Furthermore, a research fund of €1,624.30 is allocated annually to accommodate academic expenses. Tuition fees are kept modest at €836 per year and are payable in two subsequent installments. Nevertheless, it is important to note that the funding will be withdrawn if your annual income exceeds the scholarship amount.

Programs Offered:

1# PhD in Economics and Finance:
Prof. Emiliano Santoro coordinates this four-year program, which provides five positions, four of which are fully funded. Applicants are required to submit a research project (maximum 15,000 characters), a CV, evidence of English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS), and two letters of recommendation. GMAT/GRE scores and up to four publications are considered optional materials. The selection is determined by a maximum score of 100, with a minimum score of 50 being necessary for consideration. CV (60 points), research proposal (25 points), and letters of recommendation (15 points) are all awarded points.

2# PhD in Management and Innovation:
This three-year program, which is overseen by Professor Eugenio Anessi Pessina, comprises six positions, five of which are funded. A degree in economics, business, or a related field (or an equivalent foreign qualification) is required for applicants. You will be required to submit your CV, a self-certification of your degree or enrollment, a motivation letter (maximum 30 lines), a research project (maximum 2,000 words), and two reference letters. The selection procedure consists of an oral exam and document evaluation, both of which are scored out of 60. In order to advance or pass, you must achieve a minimum score of 40/60 in each phase.

3# PhD in Physical Exercise and Sports Sciences:
Prof. Caterina Gozzoli coordinates this three-year program in partnership with the University of Milan. Four of the five positions are eligible for scholarships. Applicants are required to submit a motivation letter, a research proposal (maximum 2,000 words), evidence of enrollment or degree, and a CV. The admission process necessitates a minimum total of 70/100, with a combined score of up to 100 (50 for written materials and 50 for the oral exam). Language proficiency in either English or Spanish is acceptable for enrollment in the program.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates of any nationality or age who possess a graduate degree are eligible to apply for the PhD programs. Final-year students who anticipate graduating by October 31, 2025, are also eligible to register. English language proficiency is mandatory for the majority of programs; however, the Sports Sciences course permits Spanish proficiency.
