What’s on Offer?
Each of these Italian scholarship is worth €11,000 (gross) per academic year and includes:
- Support for social inclusion and orientation
- Help with enrollment
- Psychological services and cultural mediation
- Tutoring
- Special adjustments for learners with learning impairments or difficulties
- To access sporting facilities, one must have a CUS Torino sports membership. for access to sports facilities
Scholarship Allocation:
Ten scholarships will be given out under the University of Turin’s 2025–2026 “UniTo for Students at Risk” initiative, four of which will go to undergraduate programs and six to graduate programs.
Global Law and Transnational Legal Studies (English), Economics and Finance with Data Science (English), Languages and Modern Cultures for Tourism (Italian), and Modern Languages and Literatures (Italian) are among the undergraduate awards available to three-year, free-admission courses. The remaining six scholarships will help students who are enrolled in free postgraduate degree programs taught in English or Italian.

Who Can Apply?
You’re eligible if you:
- were born subsequent to January 1, 1997
- possess a residency permit issued in Italy starting in 2019 for temporary protection (Ukraine), subsidiary protection, special protection, asylum/refugee status, or other types of protection.
- Have a foreign degree that makes you qualified to enroll at UniTo for the 2025–2026 academic year.
- submitted an application through Apply@UniTo by the regular due dates (or, in the case of late submissions, between August 21 and September 4, 2025).
- Fulfill the language requirements (minimum B1 in the instruction language).
Not eligible: Students transferring from other Italian universities or changing courses within UniTo.
