The primary responsibility will be to support the Deputy Manager/Registered Manager of the Residential, Nursing, and Dementia Units and Intermediate Care qualified nurses in providing the prescribed care to intermediate care patients as outlined in the patient’s care plan.

To ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care, it is necessary to collaborate with a team and promote the implementation of best practices within the Intermediate Care Service.

Duties Of Care Leader Jobs in UK

The hours of work are primarily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the requirement to cover 7–7 senior duties when necessary over a 7-day period.

Qualifications

Essential

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent level of knowledge, skill, and experience
  • Currently pursuing or willing to pursue an NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care.
  • Initial aid in the workplace
  • Basic food sanitation training and medication instruction
