The Open Access Follow-Up Service is currently recruiting professionals who are enthusiastic and motivated. This team consists of five cancer support workers, who are line-managed and provided with support by our Macmillan Patient Support Supervisor.
This stratified follow-up service enables patients to self-manage, thereby reducing hospital attendance and improving the patient experience. The service also ensures regular monitoring for cancer recurrence at a safe level. Our team is situated at the Charing Cross site and operates from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday through Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity to assume a multifaceted position that involves direct patient contact and telephone support, as well as administrative responsibilities such as data management, case coordination, appointment booking, and patient monitoring.
